Sales Orders
- Please allow 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase for your order to process.
- After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
Service Orders
- Your service order will be available for tracking once it is received by our Service Center.
- Once your item is received at the Service Center, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your service order is complete and ready to ship.
