Chasing huge waves all around the globe for the last decade, Benjamin Sanchis truly merits his “Go Big or Go Home” reputation. Known as one of the best big wave riders in Europe, “Sancho” won the Billabong XXL Biggest Wave Award in 2011 for conquering a 67-foot monster at Belharra Reef in France. Benjamin’s skills and courage are legendary and earned him the respect of the global big wave community. Hanging out a lot with fellow Frenchmen Micky Picon, Fredo Robin and his tow-in partner Eric Rebière, he can be seen blowing some spray on smaller waves as well – but believe us, for him it will always be about hunting the biggest barrels and a new adrenaline rush, charging in the gnarliest conditions.
