Rob Machado
Rob Machado, a true waterman, has set out to mark the second phase in his career as a surfer and as a humanitarian. Recently, Machado set out on an adventure to rediscover his love for surfing and for life. In his new film, Melali: The Drifter Sessions, Machado explores new waves, new communities, and helps to fund and construct a well in a remote village in Sumba, Indonesia. Machado has devoted much of his time to the Rob Machado Foundation, which primarily focuses on giving back to the environment, educating kids, and raising awareness around Southern California.
