From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 1 p.m. pacific time are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
Your service order will be available for tracking once it is received by our Service Center.
Once your item is received at the Service Center, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your service order is complete and ready to ship.
