Taking her first turns at age six, Elena Hight has literally grown up on a snowboard. Quite the overachiever, Elena was walking at the tender age of seven months and was tandem surfing with her dad barely a few months later. Already a veteran competitor in the snowboarding world and Elena has achieved dozens of podium places including: A top 10 finish at the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics, and she is the first woman to do a frontside 900 (at age 13) and back-to- back 900’s in competition. Elena continues to elevate the level of women’s snowboarding today. She has taken her ability and snowboarding to a bigger stage by competing in the Olympics and making breast cancer a top of mind issue through her involvement in BOARDING FOR BREAST CANCER (B4BC). She is the ultimate spokesperson for women’s snowboarding.
