Nixon is collaborating with our community to spread generosity with the help of Hunger: Not Impossible. There is plenty of food in this country, yet people are hungry every day.

Hunger: Not Impossible is tackling this hunger dilemma through developing a simple text base application that feeds people when and where they need it. Most recently, they have been working with Beyond Emancipation website in Oakland, CA to distribute meals to teenagers who have recently left the foster system. When Not Impossible founder, Mick Ebling visited our office and spoke, we loved this idea and wanted to see how we could help out.

For Giving Tuesday, we are partnering with Hunger: Not Impossible. For every item you order from Nixon.com on December 3, 2019, we will automatically donate a meal to a person in need. You also can visit here and donate directly to the project. Join us and Hunger: Not Impossible in making a difference in the Oakland community. And please, spread the word to all your friends.

Not Impossible was founded in 2008 when Mick realized that everything that is possible today was deemed impossible at one point in time. He started an innovation lab that focuses on creating things for the social good, and “solving humanity’s absurdities”. For more information about Not Impossible, check out the video here.

Total donated amount will be up to $5,000
