Sales Orders

  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days from time of purchase for your order to process.
  • After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
  • If you are absent at time of delivery, our carrier will call you to schedule an appointment at your preferred time and place.

Service Orders

  • Service orders cannot be tracked on this page. To know the status of your repair or service order, please contact our Repair Center by email at: ${Repair_Center_Email} or by phone at ${Repair_Center_Phone}
  • Once your item is received at the Service Centre, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed.
