Returning a purchase?

Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Disclaimer: Facemasks and gaiters are non-refundable and therefore excluded from return policies, sorry!

Just a few easy steps

  1. Register your return online on
  2. Pack your return in a safe, well-padded box.
  3. Attach the Address label you'll receive to the outside of the package.
  4. Take your package to your local Post Office and send accordingly.

ATTENTION: We recommend sending your item by insured post so it can be tracked and located

If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:

  • Include the gift with your return.
  • Keep the gift and you'll be charged its value.

Faulty Item Repairs
