DESCRIPTION
For Giving Tuesday, Nixon is partnering with Hunger: Not Impossible. For every item you order from Nixon.com on December 3, 2019, a meal will be donated to a person in need. Hunger: Not Impossible is tackling this hunger dilemma through developing a simple text-based application that feeds people when and where they need it. Hunger: Not Impossible is partnering with Beyond Emancipation in Oakland, CA to distribute meals to teenagers who have recently left the foster system.

Any and all goods sold by Client during the Promotion Period.
PROMOTION PERIOD
Tuesday, December 2nd from 12:00 am – 11:59 pm (PT) or when Maximum Donation amount is reached if sooner. Territory. United States – Online only.
TERRITORY
United States – Online only.
DONATION AMOUNT
Six dollars ($6.00) for every Product sold to Client customer within the Territory.
MAXIMUM DONATION
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
EXCLUSIONS
Following states are not eligible for donation: Alabama, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and South Carolina.
