What's the timeline for receiving my order?
Be sure to order by the dates below to ensure your shipment arrives before December 25th. For Standard Shipping in the continental U.S., place your order by 11 a.m. PST on December 18th. Custom watches are required by 7 a.m. PST on December 14th, with engraved options due by 7 a.m. PST on December 16th. For Express Shipping, the last opportunity to order is December 22nd at 7 a.m. PST; Express custom watches should be purchased by December 19th, and Express engraved watches by December 21st, both at 7 a.m. PST. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories share the Standard Shipping cutoff of December 18th at 11 a.m. PST and an Express Shipping deadline of December 21st at 7 a.m. PST. Custom and engraved Express orders for these regions are expected by December 17th and December 18th.
Is adding a personal message to my gift purchase possible?
That is accurate. Some of the timepieces in this collection can receive engraved messages. Those that can be engraved will have 'Engravable' shown on their image.
