Repairs
If your Nixon watch needs a little love, we've got you covered. Follow the steps below to submit a repair request and we'll take it from there.
Before You Begin
Have the following information ready before starting your repair request:
- Watch Model — The name of your watch (e.g., Time Teller, Sentry, Regulus)
- Case Back Saying — Including the saying and the date code
- Purchase Date — Approximate date is fine if the exact date isn't available
- Description of the Issue — Be as specific as possible (e.g., stopped running, cracked crystal, crown damage)
How It Works
- Start Your Repair Request — Click the link below to be taken to our repair site, where you'll fill out the details of your watch. Note: you will see an estimate but we will reach out to you for approval and payment before we proceed.
- Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label — Once your request is submitted and reviewed, we'll provide you with a shipping label. You can always choose self ship and pay to mail it yourself.
- Ship Your Watch to Us — Package your watch securely and drop it off at carrier location using the provided label. Do not ship your watch for repairs in the original box!
- We'll Be in Touch — Our technicians will assess the issue and follow up with you before any work begins, including turnaround time and any applicable service fees.
